Owner and operator Jake Mitchell brings more than 20 years of industry experience in construction, land development, excavation, and property improvement. After years of hands-on field experience, he established Spartan Enterprise with a commitment to professionalism, accountability, and workmanship that customers can rely on.

Jake believes every customer deserves clear communication and realistic expectations from the beginning of a project through completion. He has built Spartan Enterprise around character, integrity, respect, and follow-through while maintaining high standards on every job. The company is fully licensed and insured for all services provided and remains committed to helping customers achieve their goals through careful planning and quality execution.

Jake operates Spartan Enterprise alongside his wife, Holly Mitchell, who serves as office manager. Together they have two children, Jaycie and Gunner. As lifelong residents of Calhoun, Georgia, their roots in the community give them a strong understanding of the area and the people they serve.
